CHRISTMAS SHIPPING UPDATE 2020
Please be aware that because of COVID-19 and the mail being busier than usual this year, that there may be delays in receiving items.
If you are buying items as a Christmas present we would advise you to buy it as soon as possible, in order to make sure it arrives in time. We would suggest December 15th being the latest date for UK orders although orders made on 22nd (UK) and 23rd (London) might still make it in time.
We have taken on extra staff for the Christmas period to help get your items out to you as quickly as possible, but for obvious reasons delays can happen so please read the following for our estimated shipping times for this winter.
UK Shipping information
Our first class signed for shipping service usually takes 1-2 working days to arrive, but please allow 5 working days. Your package is fully insured and will normally require a signature for delivery.
Our struggle shipping service can vary depending on the size of the item and what the costs are for us to post your item. We normally send this off as the cheapest method of shipping we can choose and because of this we regularly use different couriers. We can’t provide an exact delivery time frame, as delivery times will change depending on courier, but you should usually expect to receive your order within 3-5 working days, but please allow 10 working days. Orders will normally require a signature and are fully insured.
3 to 5 working days delivery aim with our premium shipping services.
5 to 10 working days struggle shipping.
5 to 7 working days delivery aim with our premium shipping services.
7 to 14 days struggle shipping.
NB. These times are estimated and we do our best to ensure you get your products in time and as quickly as possible. Occasionally delays do occur due to unforseen circumstances but the shipping times given reflect shipping times with our couriers.
With social distancing measures and reduced services taking place throughout our entire supply chain, this can unfortunately have a knock on effect leading to delay times.
Where's my order?
You can contact us regarding updates on your order, where one of the gang will be able to help you out.
We check our email daily and whilst we keep a look out for important information such as change of address or T-shirt size, we might take up to 3 working days to respond to more specific questions.
Please allow 5 working days from receiving e-mail order confirmation before asking us about the whereabouts of your package.
Returns & refunds
You have 28 days to return an item once the item has been delivered.
All returns must be in a new and re-sellable condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund worn or used items unless there is a manufacturing defect with your item.
Please contact us at email@example.com before returning any items, as the returns process is different depending on the item.
Should I panic?
Never that, we make sure your item shows up in the end or you will get your P back so don't stress.
